Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine
The Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine is designed with a central large roller that guarantees accurate color registration by supporting the substrate, eliminating the need for a pressure roller between colors. Its interchangeable mechanical components are easily accessible, demonstrate minimal wear, and allow for straightforward maintenance. Additionally, the machine features a dedicated electric heating box that provides safe and precise temperature regulation during the drying phase.
Utilizing the ink knife method, the machine incorporates a development-type scraper that can be installed effortlessly without any tools. The transmission system is powered by a hardened high-precision geared motor equipped with multiple buttons for ease of use. Furthermore, the receiving transmission is driven by a miniature geared motor and a magnetic powder clutch, which maintains tension stability through PLC control. The plate roll specification indicates a repeat length of 5MM.
