The ABA blown film extrusion technique facilitates the integration of these two colors within the die head, resulting in a two-layer film. The setup consists of one extruder, two gearboxes, and two motors, along with a single mold to generate the dual-color film. Additionally, an inverter is implemented to control machine speed, enhancing energy efficiency.
