The Rotary Die Dead Blown Film Extrusion machine is designed to produce a variety of plastic films, including PE grades such as HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE. This machinery features an extruder, cylinder, and screw rods constructed from high-quality alloy steel, which has been precision nitrided to achieve enhanced hardness and superior corrosion resistance. The uniquely engineered screw significantly improves the plasticizing process, leading to higher production efficiency. This equipment is primarily employed in the manufacture of plastic films, particularly LDPE and HDPE, for uses such as food packaging, textiles, garbage bags, and handled bags.

Key Features:
– Main motor and traction motor regulated by frequency inverters.
– Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl treated with nitrogen.
– Gearbox is fitted with HARD teeth gear surfaces, an alloy piston, and precision grinding.
