This machine is capable of producing three side sealing pouches using various laminated materials, including plastic-plastic, paper-plastic, and paper-paper combinations.

The entire system is managed by a centralized PLC control system that facilitates interaction between the operator and the machine. This results in enhanced stability in performance, along with simplified operation and maintenance. Users can easily switch between Chinese and English interface languages.

Key features include constant auto-tension control for unwinding, an EPC edge position controller, and an AC inverter for consistent speed in auto material feeding. The machine utilizes an imported double servo-motor system for material dragging control. The main motor is responsible for the up-down sealing and pressing actions and is equipped with an inverter for optimized performance.

Temperature adjustments for the sealing bars are managed through PID control, allowing for no-touch automatic regulation with centralized settings accessible via the man-machine interface. Additionally, the machine includes a pneumatic multifunction auto punching device, trim cutting, auto rewinding, and a static eliminator. The temperature adjustment range is from 0 to 300°C.
